An enthusiastic group of children from Henllys Church in Wales School helped plant the first of Gwent's 'Tree of Trees' - a silver birch from the spectacular sculpture that dominated The Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations outside Buckingham Palace last year.
The tree is now located in the Henllys Nature Reserve, a wonderful facility run entirely by volunteers, with significant involvement from local schools.
