The Lord Lieutenant of Gwent Brigadier Robert Aitken was honoured to present the Queens Award for Voluntary Service to the Friends of Pontypool on 25 November 2022.
The Lord Lieutenant commented that it was lovely to learn about the work the Friends of Pontypool were doing to enhance their community and congratulated them on their energy and enthusiasm which he said was second to none.
