On Thursday 30th March, the Lord- Lieutenant of Gwent Brigadier Robert Aitken CBE together with Vice Lord- Lieutenant Dame Claire Clancy, Deputy Lieutenants Dr. Jack Hanbury- Tension, Agnes Xavier- Phillips JP, Anthony Clay, Fiona Peel OBE and HHJ Helen Mifflin attended the Declaration of Professor Simon J Gibson CBE, DL as High Sheriff of Gwent before The Honourable Mr. Justice Nicholas Francis Kt. The ceremony was held at the International Convention Centre Wales where guests enjoyed a sumptuous afternoon tea following the ceremony.
