Dame Claire Clancy DCB served as the Vice Lord Lieutenant from May 2023 - May 2025. Claire has spent her career in public service culminating as Chief Executive and Clerk to the National Assembly for Wales from 2007 to 2017. She was appointed Dame Commander of the Order of the Bath (DCB) in recognition of her public service in Wales.
